Chairperson Councilor Colorio recognized the Commissioner of Transportation and Mobility, who discussed the process concerning truck bans and provided the recommendation to hold, as truck bans must be approved by MassDOT based on a detailed study of traffic patterns, truck volumes routing options and street characteristics.
