15.     Order – Mayor Murray & Councillor Toomey – That the City Manager be and is hereby requested to communicate with and our local delegation in support of Rep. Spellane’s bill “Funding Schools for Student Success” and support legislation for local tax options and that these funds would be used solely for education funding.
