In an effort to make Worcester cleaner, request City Manager provide City Council with a report considering the option of removing all fees and the requirement to purchase yellow city bags from the City Trash Pick Up Program. Said report should outline how trash pick-up works in cities like Boston, Providence, RI, Hartford, CT, Somerville, New Bedford, Fitchburg, Fall River, Quincy and other cities who do not charge for such a service.
